MIPM pursues the Lean Organization Management. Flat hierarchies
enable direct communication and thus fast decisions. The reduction of
bureaucratic barriers leads to an efficient workflow and enables flexible
reactions to the market demands. Thereby we better serve our custom- ers.
The development and production of our own medical devices as well as the service for our own and external devices build the main pillar of MIPM, thus a strong fundament for the organization.
